Project Overview: This concept project explores how a grief counseling organization could communicate a retreat offering with clarity, empathy, and restraint. The goal was to create marketing materials that inform and invite, without urgency or pressure, while building trust with individuals and families navigating loss.

• Reduce fear, uncertainty, and emotional friction.
